This free initial consultation is at our discretion and if you are looking for advice and guidance we may instead offer a one-hour fixed fee appointment instead.  Our fixed fee appointments are between £240 and £360 pounds (including VAT) depending on the complexity of the issues and seniority of the person taking the call.

We can offer some aspects of our dispute resolution services on a fixed fee basis e.g. writing letters before action. Where this is not possible, we will tell you the hourly rates charged by everyone we expect to work on your case and give a realistic estimate of your likely overall costs.

Where appropriate, we may be able to offer a conditional fee agreement, meaning you will only need to cover our legal fees if we secure a positive outcome for your dispute.
