Trainee Solicitor

Georgia joined the Civil Litigation department at Stephen Rimmer in August 2024 as a Paralegal, where she has been actively involved in a range of complex litigation matters. She manages her own caseload, with a particular focus on eviction proceedings.

During her studies, Georgia also engaged in pro bono work with the Freedom Law Clinic and the Access to Justice Clinic, gaining valuable experience in providing legal support to underserved communities.

Georgia offers a thoughtful, strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case she works on. Georgia is quick to identify inconsistencies or overlooked details in opposing arguments, which helps secure her clients’ position and strengthens the clients negotiating power. She takes pride in being approachable and empathetic with clients - making sure they feel supported and informed throughout the process. At the same time, she is firm and focused when representing their interests. You can expect clear communication, careful preparation, and someone who is genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for you.

Supporting clients through times of stress and uncertainty is one of the most meaningful aspects of Georgia’s role. Being able to guide them through complex legal issues and work toward the best possible outcome is incredibly fulfilling. She also enjoys the intellectual challenge that litigation presents; while the legal framework may be consistent, each case requires a unique approach, tailored advice, and fresh thinking. What Georgia values most is being a dependable point of contact for clients - the person they trust to take ownership of their case and see it through with care, focus, and determination.
