Contested Probate

Should you believe that the wishes of someone as set out in their Will have not been carried out properly or an estate has not been administrated correctly, you may need to make a claim against the executor or estate administrator. We are able to conduct claims brought by beneficiaries against an estate as well as advising and assisting executors who need to defend a claim brought against them.
