Ben Kaplinsky
Ben Kaplinsky has trained and practised as both a commercial, technology and procurement lawyer and as a criminal solicitor, higher courts advocate and barrister.
Ben works within the Stephen Rimmer Crime team, supporting clients of the firm at every stage, from the police station and first arrest through to trial and appeal at the Court of Appeal.
He believes that successful legal defence begins with listening, and he takes time to carefully understand each client's position, the pressures they face, their concerns and their objectives.
For Ben, the insights that come from listening carefully form the foundation of a well-judged defence strategy.
He takes great satisfaction from helping clients successfully navigate the legal challenges they face, often at the most difficult moments of their lives.
