Zara Coton
Zara Coton is a Partner and Solicitor in our Company and Commercial Department.
Zara advises clients on a variety of transactions including commercial property, lease extensions and development work. She acts for private and commercial clients dealing with the sales and purchases of businesses and some residential conveyancing for her private clients. Zara has considerable experience of development work acting on a wide range of projects, ranging from the redevelopment of single properties to larger scale redevelopment of entire areas.
During her time at Stephen Rimmer LLP Zara has built strong client relationships working with them closely to achieve their desired outcomes. Zara is used to working in high pressure situations and to tight deadlines. Zara always puts the client first and takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to all that she does collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure they benefit from the best advice possible.
In Zara’s spare time she likes to travel, dine out and spending time with her family and friends.
Career
Zara Coton qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Moorgate, where she achieved a distinction.
