Lucy Vickers is an Associate Solicitor in the Family team at Stephen Rimmer LLP, advising clients on some of the most sensitive and important issues they will ever face. Lucy advises across the full range of family law, with particular experience in child arrangements, care proceedings, divorce and financial matters.

She has acted in numerous cases involving fact-finding hearings to establish allegations of domestic abuse, as well as complex care proceedings, and is admitted to conduct litigation in the Senior Courts. Lucy approaches each matter with empathy and a steady focus on her client's objectives, helping individuals and families work through difficult issues and reach outcomes that allow them to move forward.

Experience and background

Lucy graduated from the University of Sussex with a First Class LLB in 2023. She went on to complete both stages of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination, achieving results in the top quintile.

Lucy joined Stephen Rimmer LLP as a family paralegal in 2023, gaining early hands-on experience in the department, and began her training contract in March 2024. She qualified as a solicitor into the firm's Family team in March 2026. Since qualifying, Lucy has continued to build her practice across children and matrimonial finance work, and is admitted to the Senior Courts. Lucy is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Outside the office

Away from the office, Lucy enjoys reading and cooking. She also likes to keep active in her spare time.
