Leta Kerin is a Partner and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department and has been part of the firm since its early days. She specialises in all aspects of property work and has years of experience and a proven track record for delivering quality advice, even when under pressure.

She prides herself on delivering an efficient and friendly service, acting within the tight timeframes that often come hand in hand with property transactions. She also enjoys coordinating the entire transaction, working with buying and selling agents, valuers, surveyors, lenders and any other interested parties.

Outside of work, Leta enjoys the theatre, opera and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.

Leta joined Stephen Rimmer LLP when it was founded in 1981 having qualified with a large South Eastern firm.
