Kate Tynan qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Kate became a Partner in local firm Donaldson Dunstall in July 2007, specialising in residential and commercial property matters.

In November 2020 Kate relocated to the Scottish Borders from where she works remotely.

Career

Kate started her career a firm in London dealing principally with residential property with an emphasis on leasehold and auction sales/purchases. Kate still maintains links with her London clients and the wider property market.
