Clemmie Flagg
Clemmie enjoys working with people and exploring options and solutions. She enjoys the challenge of the work that she does and the opportunity to learn about issues in depth. The variety of work that she undertakes means she is always exploring alternatives, strengthening her knowledge and developing new skills.
Outside of work, Clemmie enjoys spending time with her family; being outside in the garden and is an avid reader. When she has a spare moment, she loves baking and is even considering applying for the Great British Bake Off!
Career
Clemmie worked in the Legal Aid and charities sector before moving to a career in teaching where she spent ten years as an English teacher in a large secondary school.
Clemmie joined Stephen Rimmer LLP in 2024 in the Family Department and began her training contract in March 2026.

- SCITT with Masters in Secondary Education – Sussex University
- Begins studying BSL Level 2 in the Autumn
