Anna Clarke
Anna Clarke is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Conveyancing Department. Anna specialises in all areas of residential property, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions, and buy to let.
Anna has worked in the Property Sector since 2000 and has nearly 20 years’ experience successfully handling all areas of property work in England & Wales.
Anna qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017 and has previously worked in a local High Street Practice and a national conveyancing firm before joining Stephen Rimmer LLP in 2020.
Anna believes in offering a professional service, working hard to explain complex or technical issues to her clients so that they understand and can discuss any concerns they have with her.

Anna says: “It’s great when you can tell someone they can pick up their keys on completion day, but I also like getting to know people for those few months – they often share a lot about their lives, and it’s good to be able to help them through what can sometimes be an anxious or stressful time.”
Away from work, Anna is kept busy with her family, being married with two sons. She also plays the guitar and enjoys reading and exercising.
Career
Anna began her career in office and secretarial work in both accounts and law firms. She moved into a housebuilder’s team for a large firm of solicitors dealing with plot sales for developers around 20 years ago.
From there, Anna moved into residential conveyancing and began studying to be a Chartered Legal Executive alongside work.
Anna qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential conveyancing in 2017.
Anna joined Stephen Rimmer LLP in 2020 and has quickly established herself as a key member of our busy Residential Property team.
