Stefan Banks

Stefan is a key member of our Corporate and Commercial team with a particular focus on commercial property law.

Stefan prides himself on being communicative with clients and keeping them in the loop at all times. He adopts a commercial approach to clients’ transactions in order to ensure that timeframes and deadlines are met.

Stefan says: “I love the problem solving that is often needed to get deals over the line in good time.”

Outside of work, Stefan has a keen interest in football and squash.

Career

Stefan originally joined Stephen Rimmer in 2012, immediately after graduating from his undergraduate law degree. He first worked as a paralegal in our conveyancing team before becoming a trainee solicitor. Stefan qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

Stefan then spent a number of years practicing at a couple of firms in order to gain additional experience of working at different organisations, before returning to Stephen Rimmer as an Associate Solicitor in September 2021, joining our Corporate and Commercial team.
