Associate Solicitor - Dispute Resolution

Nilly is an Associate Solicitor in the Stephen Rimmer’s Dispute Resolution Department. Nilly is perfectly placed to help commercial and private clients in resolving any disputes they may have. She has a working knowledge of the Court rules and systems as well as dealing directly with Alternative forms of Dispute Resolution, for example Mediations and Expert Determinations.

Nilly is a commercially realistic lawyer and is aware that disputes and litigation can often be expensive. In seeking to find a swift resolution, she seeks to keep costs to a minimum and allows clients to concentrate on their businesses and personal lives without seeking to add to the already stressful situation.

In Nilly’s spare time she enjoys hiking, baking and travelling and has even completed a 100k walk across the South Coast.

Career

Nilly joined Stephen Rimmer Solicitors in 2025, bringing experience from a regional firm where she specialised in property disputes. She trained and qualified at a local firm and has over five years’ experience in dealing with a wide range of litigation, including debt recovery, landlord and tenant and contractual disputes.
