Katie works in our Residential Conveyancing team and has worked in law since 2011 supporting various departments before discovering her passion for residential property.

Katie prides herself on client-based service supporting her clients through the often exciting and little bit scary experience of purchasing or selling a property. Katie knows that the situation is always made much less stressful if you really know that your lawyer is in your corner.

She will always aim to make property transactions less fraught for all involved through good communication that is clear and forthcoming without a need to always chase just to find out what is being done. Katie prides herself on her communication and responsiveness so all parties can be reassured that matters are progressed and manage any possible delays as and when needed.

Katie says: "Most of us only need to speak to a lawyer at a time of great change or distress and transacting a property can be both."

Outside of work, Katie considers herself a movie buff and is currently working her way through a book of 1001 movies to see in your lifetime but is easily side-tracked with the offer of a day out or great food.
