Trainee Solicitor

Claire Morley is a Trainee Solicitor completing seats in our Residential Conveyancing Department, commercial property and dispute resolution with a view to practising in residential conveyancing post-qualification.

Claire aims to be friendly, adaptable and approachable, always thinking of the client and their interests first.

Claire says: “I enjoy assisting clients during what can simultaneously be the most stressful and exciting stages of life. I take pride in making the process as stress-free as possible and let the client focus on the exciting new start they are embarking on.”

Outside of work, Claire is very involved in charity work and volunteering. She has helped to build a school playground and teach arts and English for a month in Uganda, hitchhiked from Bournemouth to Inverness in aid of Dorset Blind Association and regularly takes part in local charity events for Cancer Research and the Tuesday O’Hara Fund.

Career

Claire first came to Stephen Rimmer in 2018 when she undertook several weeks of work experience, which led to her being offered a job as a paralegal in 2019 with the firm.

She undertook her masters and LPC on a full-time basis with the University of Law alongside working at Stephen Rimmer and was subsequently offered a training contract with us which commenced in September 2021.

Previously, Claire has worked as an admin assistant for a local residential conveyancing firm during her undergraduate degree. Throughout her undergraduate degree, she also completed mini pupillages with a barristers’ chambers in both the criminal and civil sectors.
