Sharon ParnellSharon Parnell is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Family Law Department, Sharon has over 25 years experience in family law matters including private children disputes such as residence and contact arrangements, court applications and representation.  Sharon regularly acts for both parents and grandparents in Children Act matters and in more complicated matters such as removal or return of a child to/from another country.

 

Sharon also deals with separation, divorce and financial settlements.  Sharon has vast experience of high net worth divorces, interim and long-term spousal maintenance and enforcement of orders.  In contrast to this but of equal importance Sharon deals with smaller cases having worked as a housing lawyer in the past, defending in possession proceedings as well as volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

 

Sharon has a very focused and amicable approach of dealing with family disputes and endeavours to resolve matters in a non-confrontational way where possible.  Sharon is extremely child focused in any children disputes and is approachable, friendly and very matter of fact with a deep understanding of the emotional issues surrounding this very personal and difficult area of law.
