OUR EXPERTISE

For many years the Legal Aid Board recognised the need for solicitors to give Welfare Benefit advice as part of their overall service to clients and particularly to Family/Divorce and Personal Injury clients.

The Legal Services Commission has now replaced the Legal Aid Board and they have introduced a higher degree of specialisation. We are one of only five solicitors in the South East* to have been granted a contract to provide advice under the legal help scheme.

DID YOU KNOW?

Many people are not receiving the correct benefit they are entitled to, especially when their circumstances have changed. Remember that some benefits are not means tested.

OUR SERVICE

-	We will normally give free initial advice, even if you are not entitled to Legal Help.
-	We can send you a Legal Help form by post (addresses in England & Wales only) and advise nationally.
-	We can also assist with Appeals and Reviews
