Should you find yourself under Police investigation for criminal matters or facing criminal proceedings in either the Magistrates or the Crown Court, our services include:-

• Police Station advice and representation – Our Solicitors and Accredited Police Station Representatives will represent you at the Police Station and at every stage of the Police investigation.  We will consider the strength of any evidence against you, advise you of your rights and ease any concerns you may have in relation to your case.

• Magistrates Court Matters – One of our experienced Solicitors will attend at the Magistrates Court with you, take your instructions, advise you of the legal issues involved in your case and represent you in Court.

• Crown Court Matters – Our Head of Department Alan Hobden has conduct of all Crown Court matters and will instruct on your behalf an experienced Barrister to ensure your case is dealt with to the highest possible standard.

• Prison Law – We deal with Recall on Licence and Parole, making written representations to the Recall/Parole Boards and attending hearings.  We represent clients at Adjudications before the Independent Adjudicator.

• Appeals – We advise you on any rights you have to appeal the decision of the Court and assist throughout the process, from completing the initial appeal form to representation at the appeal hearing.

• Benefits Investigations – Should you find yourself under investigation by a benefits agency we will advise you of your rights accordingly and attend with you in the interview under caution.

• Driving offences – Caught by a speed camera? Facing a driving ban? We are expert in Road Traffic Law and maybe able to help you keep your licence.
