Same Sex Marriages are coming, and some of the legislation became effective on 13th March 2014...but it is complicated....you will need legal advice,may need pre-nuptial agreements,and as the rules apply presently if you are in a civil partnership,you will need to tread carefully.You may even need to dissolve the civil partnership first.
